Refund & Return Policy
Due to the hygienic, personal care and consumable nature of our products (oils, soaps, body scrubs, and dietary supplements, or powders), all opened or unsealed items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.

Unopened Items: We accept returns on completely unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase with a valid invoice receipt. Returns will be issued as a refund. Refunds will be issued once the item returned is received and processed. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned items that are not damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken seal, please provide proof or damage, or defect. please contact us at tranquilityrejuvenation@yahoo.com or call and leave a message on 510 227-4229 within 5 business days. Do not discard the items, box or packaging. Please keep the invoice receipt and provide a copy of it when returning items. Returns received without paperwork will slow down your return and may cost you a fee. We do not cover return shipping fee back to us. All returns should be shipped to the address at the bottom of the form in a traceable manner such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.

No returns on open or used personal care items listed above.

Returned items must be received in their original bags, including our specific barcode that is placed on most items. Your return request will be reviewed and accepted if within the guidelines of our return policy.
